Most of our strawberry plants got frosted this April during the cold days that followed weeks of 80 degree weather.



This patch of strawberries near the house didn't let us down.  They are of a variety called Sparkle, which is my favorite.



The bunny who lives in our yard recently discovered that they were his favorite too.  I'm looking up recipes for Hasenfeffer.
