Calabey (Pony) and I have been getting in shape!  Dave and I have both started running again, hoping to get in shape to run in some races this summer.  The catch for me is that Dave runs marathons and I like to run 5k races.

So, I run my 2 or 3 miles per day and then Pony and I join Dave for his run.  She just jogs happily behind him while I go along for the ride.  Every once in a while, Dave and Pony try to race each other.  She always wins--once he's running as fast as he can and she has shot about 100 feet ahead of him, she likes to slam on the brakes and celebrate her victory by grabbing a huge mouthful of grass.
